Benzamycin contains benzoyl peroxide so it is quite effective in treating acne. However, the longer I used it, the dryer my skin became. I even used moisturizers and went down from two applications a day to just one. Eventually, I just had to stop taking it. Also, it does not settle on the skin well and all throughout the day I could see the benzamycin on my face even underneath makeup.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. When first diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, the extreme tiredness meant more hours spent in bed than out. tasks were set on a daily basis in order to get general household chore complete, washing dishes ect. On waking I could be awake for around 3 hours, then will need to go back to bed. With using carbimazole, I am able to stay awake for the whole day and complete multiple general house hold chores.
