I had been having a hard time breathing for a few months and, knowing that I had asthma, I decided to get a refill on my inhaler. I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). Wonderful for depression, but NO HELP for OCD. Dizziness only lasts first two days and goes away. Do not drive during this time. Do not drink on it, depression may get worse. Excercise combined really helped to recover from the depression I was in.
