I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). Taking diamox for IIH. Along with the diamox and losing weight, my eye pressure has gone down and my field vision is better, still have a blurry spot in vision due to nerve damage. Swollen eye disc has reduced and no hemmoraging now in optic nerves. I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing.
