That's exactly how I have been feeling! I feel depressed, irritable, and very hungry! I feel like I want to vomit all the time! Last night, I woke from my sleep vomiting! To stop the queezniness I eat salty crackers. If the increase in appetite does not cause weight gain, eating fatty foods to calm your stomach certainly will. I got my thyroid radiated 9 yrs ago and went hypo soon after. I was prescibed levoxyl but I have never felt the same. I still have a goiter but smaller. I'm often cold and have low energy but my hands shake and at night I have trembling in my torso and arms. If my thyroid was radiated, is some of it still active and can I switch to different meds.? It is making my hair fall out. I didn't know what was causing it at first, but I've narrowed it down. My hair is so thin now. I'm hoping it will grow back now that I've discontinued it. If anybody else has had this problem, please let me know, and let me know if your hair grew back. Thanks.
