Whenever I would get food poisoning I would take domstal (domperidone) and the vomiting would stop immediately. However, if I missed a dose the effect would wear out. You need to continue the dose as prescribed otherwise the nausea will return like it did for me.

I usually have terrible migraines or headaches and paracetemol helps remove the pain however when they are severe paracetemol does not work as well.

I've taken other statin drugs for many years and slowly drifted into the severe side affects w/o knowing it. I lived through the side affects, thinking it was an age thing. I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute.
