It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me. I experienced a allergic reaction after 40 minuets of taking my first dose. A itchy rash on my hands and lower arm. The reaction excelled to severe abdominal cramping and bloating. Took an allergy pill to control reaction. I am now back on progesterone suppositories.

Theraflu is very good. I take it when I cannot access Nyquil, but it still does the job. If you do not have time to sleep it off, then do not take it.

Mucinex works really well when you drink enough water. When you don't hydrate enough, it doesn't work at all, and it makes you very dehydrated. This causes dizziness, dryness, and headache.
