I suffer from fibromalgia, and depression has got worse due to relationship problems,children,bereavement. I use a mix of drugs as preventive for my "Cluster" condition one is Topamax. At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. Okay, Day 1 was interesting. I broke in hives where I applied the testim. Note to beginners-only apply on shoulders and upper arms. I made the mistake of putting some on my collarbone and that's were it itches the most. I was using samples the doctor gave me but went to pick up the prescription from Costco. Since beginning Celexa, I have noticed a great improvement in anxiety levels and pre-menstrual agitation prior to menstruation. It seems that I have more patience overall feel more relaxed in tense situations. I noticed the changes within two weeks of taking the medication.
