I noticed blurred vision and tummy pain but I persisted and it went away in a couple of weeks. I feel so much better and the yeast infections are gone. I think my skin feels smoother and looks clearer as well.I am very happy! This is a mild supplement. I think if I had known about apple pectin, and drinking more water, I doubt I would have has these side effects! LOVE Candex, will NEVER be without it!

Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. Yesterday I left school with a really bad sore throat, later that night I started to get a stuffy nose. I took NyQuil then went to bed and woke up with a very stuffed nose, nauseous, and a horrible headache. I took DayQuil and my nose cleared up quickly and the headache was starting to go away. However, my face broke out in a rash that was not itchy or bumpy. It was only on my face too. I recommend DayQuil though because it did help me breathe better and made me feel much better.

I was on so many medications, it is difficult to differentiate which medication was causing what side effect. The psychiatrist at the residential treatment center put me on the benadryl because I was unable to sleep more than 2 hours per night. The trazadone was not helping me sleep either.
