I have experienced severe anxiety and depression, coupled with incessant coughing and difficulty breathing. The joint pain has been unbearable. I take one capsule at night 1 hour before bedtime. I wa one person who needs the relief. Have had terrible bouts with chronic insomnia

I works just as tylenol works but a little more specific for cramps. Its works great I just didn't like all the bloating and the feeling that I wanted to throw up. Other than that it was okay.
