So far so good for about a month, & with no heart palpitations--but I am only taking one a day in the morning & with FOOD, such as cottage cheese. I feel a lot better because everything is not hurting all the time......its doing an amazing job & I have taken no "NSAID's" (Advil, Aleve, Naprosen, Ibuprophen, or Aspirin) or Tums, Mylanta, pepto bismol for over a month. At 67, I say, hurray!

Solodyn has been and still is terrible to me the last two weeks. I only took it 3weeks. I was not taking any other meds. No one could tell me why i was sick. 3 different doctors so many test. fever,chills,sweats,enlarged liver,fatigue, not eating, terrible itchy rashes. Did not think it was the solodyn at first because i believed i would have had a reaction to the first week of taking it. I just found out two days ago that it is the solodyn. Retin A completely dried out my skin to the point where I didn't even want to use it. The skin around my eyes was dry and red and it hurt to even blink. I was only prescribed to use it every other day and i could only use it two or three times a week because my face would hurt so bad. I got red, peeling, and the dry skin. Nothing helped. I stayed on it to see if anything would get better (since i was told it would go from worse to better) and nothing happened. I wasn't happy with this.

I've recently discovered that I'm suffering from candida which apparently is a side-effect of Advair. I'm not at all happy about this! Also my skin is incredibly dry - not sure if that's because of Advair side-effects or not.
