I will usually take green tea when I feel like I am getting a cold, or if I have a cold, and it usually makes me feel better. From experience, I would recommend having it on an empty stomach, because it makes me nauseous.

Adderall XR

I was prescribed Adderall XR for adult ADHD. It definetly helped with the ADHD symptoms of innattention and lack of focus but I began abusing the adderall and took up to 30 XR mg, 3 times per day. Taking more than prescribed made me very aggitated, hyper focused and made my fibromyalgia nerve pain worse. I stop taking adderall al together.

I was on Prozac for over a year when I first started taking it. My mother says I seemed to have a better attitude and I was altogether getting better. Then, in December 2008, I abruptly stopped taking it. I had a host of withdrawal symptoms and worsening depression and thoughts. I am 28 yrs. old. I have been taking this product for a few months and am building muscle again. I am no longer sleeping 19 hrs. out of a 24 hr day so my energy is back. I wasted 2 yrs trying to find out why I was tired all the time till I found a doc smart enough to test. Always get that to young for that comments. The only thing I hate is applying cream all the time. The new six month time released shot is looking promising. Can't wait for that.

I take xanax as well as concerta and they seem to work well together. I started taking a half .025, then the whole tables and now I feel like I need a little more. That bothers me as I don't like to take medicine but do realize that I feel better, especially mentally, when I take the meds.
