I took this for my basic daily vitamin fix : ) have been taking it for about 5 years now, only one a day, and feel great when i take it, appetite is great, full of energy and feel more alert. Once i stop taking it, i feel droopy and slow, very down.

I am a Filipino. I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's!
