Initially, Wellbutrin XL definitely helped me to get through my husband's one-year navy deployment, with me having to work part-time, continue working on my Master's degree, and care for my 7 and 9 year olds alone. That was 4 1/2 years ago and I am still on Wellbutrin XL. At this time, I would say my mild depression and anxiety, plus mood swings and lack of patience, are creeping back. Theraflu is very good. I take it when I cannot access Nyquil, but it still does the job. If you do not have time to sleep it off, then do not take it.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. I have reduced my amisulpride to 100mg a day, since yesterday, and I now take high quantities of brewers yeast tablets and B12. I feel a lot calmer, little depression, more alert and better quality sleep but only a few hours! My main worry is that I have high blood pressure, which seems to be a result of taking yeast extract with moclobemide.

Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak. I usually experience the side effects when I miss injections Once I almost entered into a coma, but I rushed for some sweet drinks and juice.
