I was on Prozac for over a year when I first started taking it. My mother says I seemed to have a better attitude and I was altogether getting better. Then, in December 2008, I abruptly stopped taking it. I had a host of withdrawal symptoms and worsening depression and thoughts. Glad I read your comment. I go for my first (3 month) cholesterol blood test to see if the Lipitor is working. I think I'll ask my Dr. to ask for a glucose test also, just to be on the safe side. Thanks!
