Tylenol is a staple medication in my family whenever there’s a cold or some little ailment. My dad’s a family practicioner and we all happen to use Tylenol. It does wonders and is reliable. I’ve never had any problems as a result of Tylenol use.

Benzoyl peroxide is key to clearing up acne and blemishes. It really helps kill the bacteria that causes pimples in a relatively short amount of time. However, using it too much in high concentration can cause dryness and peeling and maybe some irritation. It's best to use it with a moisturizer.

I was on Prozac for over a year when I first started taking it. My mother says I seemed to have a better attitude and I was altogether getting better. Then, in December 2008, I abruptly stopped taking it. I had a host of withdrawal symptoms and worsening depression and thoughts. Two things I noticed that in my mind were directly linked to the medication: My breast cysts began to shrink so fast I could feel them doing so, and I had excruciating leg pain, especially upon going to bed at night. I had to stop taking it. Leg pains went away.
