I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

I take this drug because I had a total thyroidectemy...it now replaces what the horomones that the thyroid creates. I have always had an easy time taking it, no serious side effects. The real key is remembering to take it every day!

Positives: Works fast, not a pain killer... so there are no groggy side effects. Used for several years without any problems. Negatives: Quite expensive even with insurance. No generic equivalent available.

The first time I took this pill, it did exactly what it was supposed to do- my infection was gone in a matter of days. No stomach pain or indigestion. This time, it's been awful- I spend an entire night throwing up and suffering from diarrhea ... I had taken the pills along with some allergy herbs, had waited till 3hours had passed since dinner, but still woke up at 2 and was up the rest of hte night. My Doctor just removed me off Junel Fe.
