I've taken Lisinopril for about 12 years. The last year and a half I started to get a "patchy numbness" on the bottom of my feet. I felt that this was most likely due to the addition of Clonidine to my blood pressure Rx's. I told my doctor about this and she then doubled my Clonidine. A year ago I started to notice painful bumps under my left armpit. I had gone to several doctors and they had given me a different antibiotic than Doxycycline. It had been a reoccurring problem for me so I just recently visited the dermatologists where he did tests and found it to be a MRSA infection. I wasn't told that it could have possible side effects of raising blood pressure and chest pain. Even though I think what I went through may be rare, I think it should be listed on brochure and people should apply topical cream sparingly.

I finished taking my last dose the day after christmas 2009. I felt fine until it was actually time to take the next scheduled dose. That is when my life had begun to change. I didn't realize how numb I felt until until a few days later. after the second shot I was walking to the checkout when everything got white and I almost passed out. That has never happened from taking a shot. Not sure if it was the drug or me. I still would not recommend the vaccine, atleast not untill there are some more longitudinal studies on this vaccine.
