Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. I have only been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and this is the first treatment we have tried. The pains in my knees as well as my arms as decreased significantly and most days, do not hurt at all. However, my lower back still seems to be an issue. I have trouble sleeping because i wake up in the middle of the night in almost a lock position and can not move, due to such extreme pain.

I took this as prescibed for what i know now know to have been pneumonia. the discouraging part of this medication is that it is known to only work if taken within 2 days of a VIRAL infection. it is virtually useless otherwise...

I have had the Mirena for well over 6 or 7 years (I'm on my second one). During this time, my acne has been difficult to control - especially on my back and chest. I have also been experiencing some problems with finding the right words and thinking straight, though I suppose this could be a sign of getting older. But I'm only 36, so I'm not that old!
