Started taking when after coming back from a trip had a severe pain in my arm doctor stated it was arthitiis to take antiinflamatories a friend recommended the glocosamine and I started taking it the pain disappeares and has never come back.

My doctor put me on seasonique to help with ovarian cysts & endometriosis. Even on a low estrogen birth control, I was having very painful periods. I was unable to finish the full regiment of Lamisil because my doctor had been monitoring my white blood cell count monthly and I experienced a substantial drop in white blood cell count after taking the medication. Even though I was forced to stop taking the medication I still saw results from the limited time I took the medication. And once given enough time for my toe nails to grow out I had greatly reduced the fungal infections on multiple toes.

Took melatonin 300 mg for 4 nights. Excellent sleep first 2 nights; Unremarkable sleep 3rd night; vivid dreams and "drugged" feeling 4th night. Strange body odor and taste in mouth. 5th day, strange stomach distention (very mild gas), slight dizziness, grogginess. I have Hashimoto's so perhaps melatonin is contraindicted for daily use. Will continue to use occasionally for insomnia, but not more than 2 nights a week.
