I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. i started taking Effexor because i wanted to find and anti-anxiety drug that i could take while pregnant. i have not had any side effects that would cause my day to day life to change for the worst.

If there was an alternative non drug, then I would not take it. I have chroic urticaria since I was 17 and have never taken a medical drug since because of this. This has not been taken into account by my doctors at all.
