I have PTSD, ADHD, Panic Anxiety, generalising Anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, anxiety, Social Phobia. I had never heard of xanax before I was told by my doctor. I just take this vitamin because my doctor told me to take it for my arthritis as a Calcium supplement. I dont get any side effects or anything since it is a vitamin.
