I have ADD and have been taking Adderall and Adderall XR for over 10 years. I have had weird heart beats and when I work out I sometimes feel like my heart rate is way too high for the level activity that I'm doing. I feel like it's probably not a huge deal if you're planning on taking it temporarily but I do not recommend long term use. It's very effective but the heart risks that come with it are not worth it. I have tried quite a lot of Chronic pain regimens, and the Opana, has been the only narcotic that I have taken that even with side effects has helped with my pain level to get me through the day, I am on the lowest dose by chose, because I dont want to be completely out of it. All the other drugs I have taken have made me either letrahargic, or made me very sick, and also effected my moods, I even had withdrawals while taking the Ultram, bad stuff I think.

My doctor told me to take 2 pills a day but he told my daughter-in-law to take 5 a day so i don't know what the deal is with that...
