I am in my final week of the 3 month treatment. I've decided to stretch the final week into 2 weeks - taking one dose a day, instead of two. I believe the withdrawl will be a little easier (hopefully). Chantix certainly did take away the urge to smoke, I haven't had a cigarette since October 24th. (I actually stopped the first week). I started using capsaicin cream for my joint pain. Before, I could not raise my knee at all, but now I can. But still, If I do not rub the cream on my knees , I will resent the pain. Another side effect of that medication is that it gives me allergies all around my back.

I was taking it for a few years and I recently stopped taking the medication bc the acid reflux was getting a lot better. Then last week I realized it was coming back again so I just started the medicaiton back up again. Other than that I am very satisfied with the performance of the medication.

After about 30 days of taking aprodine (like with many other allergy meds), my body seems to get use to it and it is not as effective as when I first took the medication...As a result, I often have to change to a different med.
