I take Klonopin to help with severe insomnia brought on by PTSD. I have taken it for days or for weeks in a row and then gone off of it for days or weeks. It seems to not have any withdrawal effects on me but it does effectivley help with the insomnia and occasional anxiey when I do take it. You sort of also have to know your body's reactions to chemicals and, also prepare your mind to accept the maximum positive effects of any medication entering your system.

My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. For the first few weeks that I took it, every time (even with a full stomach) I received painful stomach cramps and became extremely drowsy. I got this prescribed to me for cyst that erupted on my ovary. I took one pill everyday, or when i felt unbearable pain in my abdomen. Made me supper sleepy and drowsy, i could not function at all when i took this drug, my mom said i was saying some strange things when i took it.
