The first time I took this pill, it did exactly what it was supposed to do- my infection was gone in a matter of days. No stomach pain or indigestion. This time, it's been awful- I spend an entire night throwing up and suffering from diarrhea ... I had taken the pills along with some allergy herbs, had waited till 3hours had passed since dinner, but still woke up at 2 and was up the rest of hte night. The first time i used this drug it did not change my menstrual cycle but i did feel abit strange however the second time it did not work at all even though i had taken it within 24hrs of unprotected sexual intercourse. my mood changed slightly (more irritable) and i was more anxious, probably because i was not sure if the drug had worked or not.

First time i have tried mucinex, usually fight off broncititus atleast twice a year, yes each major weather change spring and fall. Usually takes me 3 weeks to finally get back in gear each time. Tried mucinex this time took the extended release type 600 twice a day, it worked BUT I do have a warning to pass along.
