I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. Atenolol

I tried to stay the course for about 3 weeks but loss of energy, nausea and occasional vomiting had me asking my doctor to get me off of Atenolol. I work out at the gym several times a week and noticed, (I wear a heart monitor to gauge my fat-burning and cadio zones), that I could not get above about 85 on my pulse rate when 115-120 was the target easily achieved before Atenolol. Result: I perpetually felt sluggish, morose and knew this drug was NOT for me.
