Hi, 17 year old female here. I started taking Accutane 40 mg, 1 pill, every morning with breakfast about a month and a half ago, and it is working great! My skin already is smoother, softer, and less acne covered. But I am still left with the scars from my Jr. High years. For the first week or so of treatment hell yes it was awful! Please reconsider getting that third dose - it could cause much worse physical issues. Our daughter became disabled after the second dose.

Severe Nerve pain following surgery to remove a benign tumor. At a very high dose, the pain is controlled, numbed which is a blessing. Side effects arent real good though. Dry Mouth is real bad, Drowsy and tired, loss of sexual function, mental fog, loss of memory, confusion, twitching muscle spasms. Have tried other meds, but this is the only one that has controlled the pain, and unfortunately that makes it worth it for now.

This drug is making me very sick. I took copaxone for 2 years previously but stopped for 1.5 yrs due to tissue erosion. almost 4 years later the dents in my body are still there and each injection seems to erode more tissue. I will be stopping copaxone for good and not using any of the disease modifying drugs. my fatigue has become soooo bad since re-starting the copaxone. The only thing I have to complain about is the headache/migraine side effects that I experienced when I first began taking it. I'm only nervous about potential long-term side effects that I've read about.
