Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. Have been on norethisterone for 2 years to combat the condition, can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. No more disability from the extreme pain, no more exhaustion. When I initially took Zyrtec, it was pretty good at reducing my hay fever. However, as my body got used to the drug, its effectiveness at reducing my symptoms had diminishing returns down to almost zero. That has, however, been my experience with all similar drugs, and Zyrtec took longer than others to reach that result.

Very effective at first. It gave me very vivid dreams, and sometimes it seemed like I was dreaming before I was actually asleep. One night, once I started feeling relaxed, I thought I was in a hallway filled with macaroni and cheese. There were times when, as I was falling asleep/just waking up, I couldn't tell if I was asleep or awake--sometimes I thought I was awake, and it turned out I was dreaming and vice versa.
