I have had bladder trouble for years and this medicine was prescribed to me as an asprin for the bladder. It has been very helpful to me for years as long as I take it exactly when it is time otherwise my bladder starts to hurt. Have tried other medicines and this one works best for me.

The Ultram caused slight dizziness in the beginning which stopped after taking it for a while. It caused really significant memory problems initially. Now, when taking the medication, I mix my words up sometimes; but I do not feel confused. I can pretty much function normally. But I would use this drug cautiously in the elderly! I was given this medication once for my acne and it burned my face and i had redness and peeling on the spots in which i applied the medication, I stopped taking this medication due to these effects.
