It works effectively for me, but it doesn't seem any more effective than the over-the-counter Primatene inhaler. I purchased a Primatene inhaler after my prescription Albuterol inhaler ran out and have not since returned to have another prescription of Albuterol given. Primatene is more readily accessible, and a prescription is not needed from my doctor. I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I noticed a significant drop off in my energy (usually equating to as much as 10 pounds off maximum bench press) when I had not had creatine the day before.
