After having taken Advil PM for the last month due to difficulty sleeping I have had randomly, really bad nightmares on several occasions. Waking up with an accelerated heartbeat and remembering most of the very vivid dreams. I do not drink and only take a prescription medicine during the day, as prescribed...this is not a good reaction and should be noted by the drug company as people can related heart problems.

Did control blood pressure--it was a sort of last resort effort from the doctor after more than a decade of blood pressure refusing to be under control with multiple, simultaneious drugs. But I had an utterly inappropriate manic ideation. I know it's supposed to remove epinephrine from the system; maybe I had a co-cortisol cascade. I have been very satisfied with Levoxyl. I am not depressed anymore and I have more energy. However, lately I have had chills and goose pimples especially on my right side and arm. Some times in the evening after a long day's work I also get pain between my shoulder blades and needs to sit down. It may be something else?

I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.
