I had catheter ablation and was put on dronedarone for possible atrial fibrillation. I had atr-frib and a flutter, both repaired?. I agree with Eammon that when I first started Amisulpride it was like a dream, but as I continued to take it my side effects have increased at an alarming rate. I sleep less than 7 hours each night, I am restless, agitated, have high blood pressure, frequently urinate during the night, unable to concentrate, poor memory, more manic, etc. I was on olanzapine , which was making me too drowsy and the weight gain was worse. I started out with 4 tabs a day but that was way too much. Doctor's PA told me to take 2 a day which was an improvement but side effects, although lessened, continued. I experienced restlessness, tongue sucking, mouth pursing, jaw clenching, rash on face, throat tightness with muscle spasm. I learned that these side effects over time can be life long. Since taking Lipitor, I am experiencing severe muscle pain in both legs ( along the tibia and the femur). I am unable to climb more than three or four stairs without holding to the guard rail. Hard to stand up after sitting on a chair. I have severe knee pains. Pain in my right shoulder. I feel tired all day long.
