I am a clinical-neuropsychologist.I had a touch of arthritis but of late, I am having swelling and pain in my knees and the leg gets stiff. This was prescribed to me in USA but now that I am in India, I need more information before I consult a physician here. I have noticed more energy since using Testim. No difference in libido. I have noticed a slight drop off in energy after the 6th week. I have started regular light exercise and have noticed muscle growth. Some shoulder muscle pain, but that may be due to exercise. My major concern is hair loss. I was loosing some up top, but have noticed that it has increased. Will get blood test in February to see where my T levels are now (was 200). Can I take Propecia to offset the hairloss due to Testim?

Has anyone lost their taste due to thyroid medication cause i have and it's the most awful thing and the doc's don't no what to do about it. it's been like this now for 6 months. can anyone help please. was on carbimazole to start with but changed to PTU to see if it made a difference but unfortunately not.

I've never had a problem with achieving an erection, but over the last two years or so the stiffness factor has suffered some, especially towards the end of the job. With a 50 mg Viagra, I get a blue steel throbber. Cat couldn't scratch it! My wife LOVES it. Not many side affects, slight headache sometimes. MUST take on an empty stomach, though. Alcohol in moderation (2-3 drinks) doesn't seem to have an affect. I'm sold. Should have started taking Viagra a few years ago.
