I've taken only immediate release niacin. With twice a day dosing, I've never had any liver issues. Every time I try three times a day dosing, I eventually get elevated liver enzymes.

Oracea has worked for me. While not completely gone, my rosacea is markedly improved. However, I have concluded that Oracea is probably also the source of my severe joint pain, muscle soreness and fatigue. The taste is the worst thing ever and when you burp throughout the day the taste lingers in your mouth. I have noticed an improvement with my skin.

I was on 25mg for a year. I was fine. Doctor increased to 50mg a week ago and my head is about to explode. Headaches and migraines are driving me insane! Trying to figure out if that's momentary or not.
