I take vitamin C to improve my immune health. Overall, I think it works but can't really prove it because I never had frequent cold symptoms to begin with. I figure a pill a day can't hurt.

I went to my primary care physician today because I've been experiencing extreme fatigue and headaches for some months now. Had a bout of Epstein Barr last summer so assumed I was still fighting the infection or possibly something else was amiss with my health. Abilify made my blood pressure so low that I would have blackouts when standing up Abilify affected my body's ability to regulate body temperature. I would feel sick and feverish. My body temperature would be increased. I think the effects on blood pressure (not just orthostatic hypotension) are understated when taking abilify. I felt that this medication could have been life threatening for me.

I had taken celebrex and a few other arthritis medication (1 which was taken off the market) and none of them had been very effective. I experience arthritis the worst in my hands shoulder back and knees and meloxicam does a good job to relieve the pain. I sometimes wish I could take an extra dose of meloxicam but my doctor told me to take tylenol arthritis instead. As a whole I am very happy with Meloxicam.
