Mucus comes out for spitting but most of the time keeps rotating/moving in the throat to ucefegus area. Some time generates mild coughing.

I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. Chlorpropamide is a good medication for diabetes, according to me. But I stopped taking it once for a week, because i traveled and I forgot it at home, accidentally. And because of that, I got loose bowel for the whole week!
