Advil pm works in getting me to sleep and keeping me asleep for at least 8hours. I have experienced the most vivid dreams I have ever had. I can actually remember theses dreams all day after awakening. The next night I wonder what I would dream of next and sure enough every night I take Advil Pm I have such realistic, vivid dreams. I started spironolactone for my hormonal acne as an alternative to birth control. It takes about 3 months to work, but it works very well! For me, the spironolactone worked very well for 6 months, but has been working less effectively in the last few months
