I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). This drug is very expensive (approx $3 a pill/1000mG), and the side effects are horrible. Although they tend to diminish after 6-12 months, the itching and hot flashes are a sure sign from your body that something is wrong. Concentrated fish oils and other remedies work better, and will not destroy your body.

I am not a moody or depressed person, but since taking this specific birth control I have been having the worst mood swings ranging from being being easily irritated to sad/depressed for no known reason. I have tried it for different kinds of condition which it was also listed on the bottle that it is said effective. However I don't really feel it is effective to all conditions. In fact, I think it is because it has such light effect, I don't see any side effects.
