I like miralax because I am able to just add it to my morning coffee. However, it causes me to have gas very often and I do not like that. It also causes you to go to the bathroom more often, which can be annoying.

I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc... Taking Lexapro chronic anxiety. No major side effects experienced. First 2-3 weeks after dose change were took some time to adjust to but it wasn't bad or uncomfortable. I would highly suggest to anyone needing to get on an antidepresent to at least give Lexapro a try to see if it work for you.

the pil has been affective. I took it for about 8 or 9 years. I am no longer on it and have had my colesterol checked and my HDL was low and I have read articles that says that may be due to the birth control pill.
