hiiiiiiiii. i was also addicted to banslochan because of its taste and i use to buy 250gm of it twice or thrice a month. one day that shopkeeper told me that i should not consume it in heavy amount because it can cause burning sensation in stomach, acne and constipation. and the same problems i faced during its consumption period. welll after that i went to the doctor he recommend me heavy doses of calcium and now im not much addicted n not facing these problems. if u have faced any of the a... I was diagnosed with juvenile osteoporosis at a very young age. I broke a number of bones in my chest, back, feet, and arms. I wore a back brace for many years because I kept breaking bones in my back and my chest. I have been taking calcium ever since and my calcium levels have stabilized. I’m doing much better and I don’t break bones as much as I used to as a kid.

Extreme leg muscle fatigue/pain that remained a mystery to my doctors. I was having cramps and my doctor recommended Naproxen as a safe and stronger pain relief. It seems to be helping with the pain, although not a full relief from it. I would recommend this for someone who can not handle the harsh side effects of a strong pain pill but needs pain relief stronger than over the counter Tylenol.
