I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.

Micardis is very effective in lowering high blood pressure. Since I have been on the medication for approximately 1 month, it is difficult to say for sure if the side effects being experienced will disappear.

My so 15y5m has taken two dozes (5 globules each) of Hyoscyamus 30C on 17 Nov 09 and 15 Dec 09. He is Autistic with attention deficiency, ticks, twitches, involuntary movements, restlessness, sleeplessness etc. Both times first 10 days his condition is much worse. I have been in this treatment for the last five months. I am very satisfied as I have good and steady results and have not noticed any serious side effects. I feel safe and well treated. the dose I am taking has been steady for the last 4 months now. my platelet count varies from 50- 180.000. Thje only thing that wotties me is that the doctor cannot give me a plan as to how long I will be taking this medicine. I have not had a splenectomy.

It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue.
