After I started taking Mesalazine together with Decortine ,the condition became better.I finished the therapy and after a few days the colitis has come back,complete remission of the decease. Now the situation is the worst.I am taking 3000 mg mesalazine per day.I have very strong abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea all the time,heartbeat,muscle cramping,gas etc. I am afraid that the Mesalazine does not doing its function and in my case I think that the side effects has been taking in action.

Although I had allergic reaction with each infusion, the side effects from the Taxol got better after 7-10 days. I didn't have nausea at all (actually had a very good appetite) except my stomach was queasy for about 7 days after 4th infusion. I had an odd taste in my mouth with excess saliva for a several days after infusions. Very tired but that too improves after 7-10 days. I'm able to eat foods without having the awful aftermath of hurting. I also no longer have severe back pain from the indigestion. I highly recommend the "little purple pill"

Ortho Tri-Cyclen has been a very successful birth control with nearly no negative side effects. The only complaint I have had was when I began the treatment I gained some weight from it, however, I know that is common when starting a birth control pill.

Been on it 4 days. Black stools, severe heart palpitations and dizziness. Can't sleep. Have read up on side effects on internet. All of these are possible and then some. No muscle/tendon problems, though. Will contact physician on Monday to discontinue this med.
