I am on 0.25 Xanax twice a day along with Ativan 0.5mg -2 tabs before bedtime. My Dr. wanted me to try Xanax and see what worked the best for me. I had been on Ativan 0.5 mg 3 or 4 times day and it seemed to have quit working for me. Now, I can't really tell any difference between Ativan and Xanax. I really think i like Ativan the best. So frustated with meds. I am also on Lexapro- 20 mg. Any suggestions for me?

Since going on this pill, I developed SI Joint Dysfunction. I didn't think the pill had any affect on it, but I went off it for 3 months and had relief of my symptoms. Not complete recovery, but much better. Then I went back on TriCyclen and three days later the severe pain came back. I took the pill for another week without relief. Then, I decided to stop the pill and the pain subsided. I'm about to try the pill one more time for confirmation of the symptoms.

Not 100% sure if all symptoms are due to taking carbimazole but have stiffness and pains in leg muscles and knees and also arms. Also seem to be bruising more easily and have hemaeroids and though not causing pain they are bleeding which is not coinciding with a bowel movement bleeding when passing urine, in between going to the toilet and when asleep. This stuff is awesome,but be prepared to be on it for life. Your body stops making it. It's no fun when you don't have this stuff. Believe me. This is the elixir of life. Highly recommended.

Would prefer natural medication but Dr. said Olmetec Plus is good. Ankles painful at tendons on heel and above. Urine is clear white. Kidney function down. He is watching that now. Taken this for 1 year so far and blood pressure came down right away and is good. I am watchful about side effects that Drs. don't tell or know about. This kidney stuff bothers me. I was prescribed mesalazine for colitis. Initially my condition improved but could have been improving anyway. Since taking it, I have always been tired and weak. I have some bouts of dizziness and numbness in my hand/finger. I reduce the dosage and improved. When I increased the dosage my condition worsened.
