Doxycycyline Hyclate cleared my skin up great. However, not sure if caused by this drug or not, I got very drowsie while on it and had several incidences of nearly falling asleep while driving, very unusual for me. Then one day I did fall asleep at the wheel while going around a corner, hit the the curb. Luckily no one, including me, hurt but ripped my trye to shreds, wrecked the tyre rim and just missed a lampost!!!! Beware.

I switched from Diovan to Micardis five years ago and started having "eye disturbances" (I know now they are optical migraines) so my doctor changed my dosage to 40mg in the morning and 40 mg in the evening and this worked great for several years but in the past year I have had more of the disturbances usually when I break the pill and it's not equal but I have also noticed my vision (previously 20/20) getting worse and worse. Seems like good stuff- very mild and more effective then Saw Palmetto and other herbal options. Not sure about long term effects. I don't have prostate cancer or enlargement, but makes sense to use this as a prophylactic for 90 days just to be sure. Seems to work on both subtile and grosser levels.

I found amoxicillin to be very helpful when I had bacterial and ear infection. It gave me a speedy recovery most of the times. One bad experience I had with it was during the fall of 2009 when I got a bacterial infection. As I took it, I began to feel nauseated and had head aches later that night.
