Seems like good stuff- very mild and more effective then Saw Palmetto and other herbal options. Not sure about long term effects. I don't have prostate cancer or enlargement, but makes sense to use this as a prophylactic for 90 days just to be sure. Seems to work on both subtile and grosser levels.

The first couple of days were great but a couple of times, i started to hallucinate and then i had an extreme headache, the worst i ever had. They had to call doctors in the hospital to do some brain scans.

Would prefer natural medication but Dr. said Olmetec Plus is good. Ankles painful at tendons on heel and above. Urine is clear white. Kidney function down. He is watching that now. Taken this for 1 year so far and blood pressure came down right away and is good. I am watchful about side effects that Drs. don't tell or know about. This kidney stuff bothers me. I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.
