I'm 33 I have been on birth control pills since I was 18, I've been on so many different kinds I can't even count anymore....I've been on Junel for 2 months now, I feel like a lunatic, I cried hysterically over traffic!! I am also having breakout on my back and face...I am stopping this pill tomorrow, unfortunately I already took todays pill...keeping in mind that every woman reacts differently to birth control, Junel is just not for me...i'm considering stopping completely but i'm nervous,... I find that Avil is a great pain reliever when my ankle is swoleen and in pain from the surgury that I had in October. I only take it as needed for pain and find that when I do take it; it is very effective

I have been pleased with the results - Dr. prescribed Valtrex to "shorten" any outbreaks, but so far, have not had any outbreaks. I had been taking 1 gm pill for about two months, then lessened the dosage to .5 gm.

Purchased Alli when it first came on the market. Followed directions and diet exactly and was rewarded with severe constipation. At the time the drug company wasn't even recognizing this as a side effect and on there forums would only comment that they were looking into it. Ugh Very bad experience. I discontinued use and thank god Costco returned my money.

My libido seems to be lower with Armour thyroid. I read a study that showed that thyroid meds increase SHBG which then lowers free testosterone. My SHBG has been its lowest while taking Armour thyroid. Seems like more than just a coincidence.
