Green tea is good for relaxing. Drink it occasionally, just helps me mellow out, more placebo effect I think than anything else, although I know it's good for you.

In 1984 I was given a single dose (as in One Time Only) of leritine IV push for severe pain and was knocked out for about 4 hours. When I awoke I was legally blind as in almost total darkness; I was later diagnosed with bilateral wet macular degeneration and bilateral neovascularization, the latter of which required laser surgery to arrest its progression. This had to be the worst birth control ive ever tried. i had spotting all month along really bad depression and moodswings, i also had noooooo sex drive. what so ever didnt want it wasnt craving it. My face also started breaking out.

I had pneumonia in July and about a week after I got better from that, my legs began to ache and swell. They've hurt and stayed swollen all this time. I've been seeing 3 doctors and none have been able to tell me why.
