I was originally prescribed pills that only contained 0.030 mg of synthetic estrogen for extremely painful cramps (and also hoped that they would help control some of my bad acne). I experienced some breast tenderness, and the acne hardly cleared as we had hoped. I was soon switched to MonoNessa, which has 0.035 mg of the estrogen in it, and I think it has worked wonderfully. While I await my latest PSA results, I need to find out why my back, particularly along the spine, hurts so much, with almost nothing that helps. The pain radiates arbitrarily across my lower back, then up to under one shoulder blade or the other, and sometimes both.
