I took a max one a day multivitamin and the results seem to be working. My blood pressure seemed o have been lowered.my last bp reading was 130/73 and i was feeling a bit off.i am now feeling real good but i need to ensure that the bp s not too low.will check on that soon.

Dayquil is great but it makes me feel a little air headed. I defeniately felt it when I was driving. It didn't effect my driving but I could still feel a difference.

I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc... When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. I did gain a little weight but i think it is starting to come off (I've been on Femcon for about 5 months now). I have tried other birth control pills before and they were not for me.
