Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. I've been on this pill for 5 months now and I would not reccomend theis pill to anyone! I was told it was the same as Ovcon 35 and it isnt. It makes me so moody and I burst out crying for no reason at all. Ive noticed my overies to hurt now, they never have before. I know nothing is wrong with them because I had a pelvic ultasound to make sure. It may be cheap but it isnt worth it. Im switching after i finish up this pack.

i take it 2 twice in day one in the morning & 1 at evening. It is effective sometimes not all the time. It also removes my headache sometimes. Also use paracetemol aswell to help with the pain.
